Tiki Inacay

Tiki Inacay has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, Tiki is a psychologist in training at Alliant International University in the Clinical Psychology PhD. program and has ten years of experience working as a Career Counselor and Motivation Technician. Additionally, Tiki serves as a leadership mentor for students all around the world. Specifically, their skills encompass supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who maybe struggling with “feeling stuck” or personal trauma. Tiki practices Affirmative Therapy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender clients and personally identifies as a Filipinx Nonbinary person. Tiki's work is strength-based utilizing a positive psychology approach to therapy. In other words, They work with their clients through a compassionate lens based on their strengths, values, and interests. Tiki's research involves the analysis of Affirmative Therapy to forward movements in social justice, psychoeducation awareness, and equitable access in mental health, higher academia, and clinical settings.
