Intuitive Doodles In this space we will use doodling as a means of centering, grounding and having some fun together. All you need is a round pice of paper (paper plates work great!) or a square or rectangle if that is your favorite shape. You will also need something you like to draw with: pens, pencils, markers… We will look at the intuitive mandalas created by German artist Ulrike Hirsch.
