This workshop is hosted by gender-expansive individuals and is specifically for gender-expansive professionals. Please respect the intentional creation of this safe space. The session will explore a variety of topics, which may include: being out in the workplace, transitioning, working with gender-expansive clients (in the mental health, medical, advocacy, and other fields), working with cisgender managers/supervisors, the highs and lows of doing gender work as a gender-expansive professional, and others. Depending on group size, breakout discussion sessions may take place to maximize engagement and participation.
